How Video Consultations Work
Request a video consultation through our website or by phone. We send you a secure video link. A technician reviews your equipment via video. You show: the equipment nameplate, any error code displays, the area around the equipment, and any visible issues (leaks, ice, unusual sounds). The technician provides a preliminary diagnosis and recommendations.
What Video Can Diagnose
